Why This Site Exists
Kentucky provides several public routes to custody and release information, but no single route covers every McLean County case. The sheriff may hold an arrest or transport record. An out-of-county host jail keeps its own booking and release sheet. Kentucky Online Offender Lookup covers state custody and community supervision, while District 13 handles local probation and parole supervision. Federal sentenced releases appear through the Bureau of Prisons system. We bring those official locators, records-request steps, and agency roles into one practical reference.
